We would like to give you an update about the new visa application procedure for Indian students. The German Embassy has been working to install this new process with the intention of streamlining the process. It will finally be implemented from 1st November this year.
Students / Study Applicants applying for Germany having Visa appointment already booked untill 31st October 2022 are exempted from getting through APS certificate process, those who do not have the appointments booked or having appointments after 31st of October 2022 need an APS certificate.
What is the APS: www.aps-india.de
An APS certificate is the gateway to all your dream universities and university studies in Germany. It is a proof of authenticity for Indian academic documents and it states the guiding eligibility criteria, which the German universities apply to the candidates when offering the students admission to the courses.
The successful completion of document verification allows APS India to issue a certificate which is a pre-requisite for the visa application when applying to study in Germany
An original certificate issued by the APS is mandatory for student visa application in India and it will simplify and accelerate the student visa application. It is also intended to stop forged and faked documents .
As soon as application begins, The process of applying for APS certificate begins by sending the required documents by post or handing in person at their office.
